It’s important to us that employees find the right balance between their work and their lives outside of work. We meet with each employee to create schedules that provide continuity to clients and peace of mind to caregivers. Employees are also free to work a full week or more.

Connected Home Care provides a range of Health Insurance plans to employees. Each employee is eligible for an individual plan. There is additional coverage for those employees and their families who choose to contribute to a portion of the cost of these optional benefits. Training & Advancement
Opportunities for career growth and advancement make Connected Home Care an attractive and rewarding organization for every employee. Every member of the Connected Home Care team receives regular mentoring, coaching and support. Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with every caregiver and staff member and help them reach their career goals. The collaborative working environment nurtures learning and growth as we all strive to acquire the latest skills and therapies for caring for older adults and improving the quality of their lives.
At Connected Home Care, you can train while you work and advance to a higher position and pay level. We provide certification for Homemaking and Companion Care. We offer tuition support for Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification, which can be completed in 6-12 weeks. Caregivers with this certification have the skills necessary to meet state and federal regulations for providing quality care to clients in their homes. We provide Habilitation Therapy training for HHAs who plan to work with clients with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia (ADRD). This therapy was developed at the Massachusetts Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. It offers practical skills and approaches for caring for people suffering from ADRD. Every employee has access to ongoing in-service skills development around best practices for caregiving at all levels. Connected Home Care is committed to career growth for every employee.
Employee Recognition
The Connected Home Care team of experienced caregivers works together, daily and weekly, to support one another as each member strives to provide compassionate care to all clients. Each month, the special accomplishments of an outstanding employee are recognized and honored. Regular ice cream socials and other seasonal events bring everyone together. Additionally, we celebrate individuals and care teams throughout the year, formally and informally. Connected Home Care is committed to caring for employees so that they feel enabled and rewarded in their efforts to have a positive impact on the lives of their clients.
