Connected Home Care is a private, locally owned and operated organization that matches personal caregivers with older adults, who need support in order to continue living safely and independently at home. Connected Home Care has seven offices in Massachusetts and we serve older adults in more than 50 communities statewide. We meet state and federal regulatory requirements for authorized reimbursement for the delivery of home care services. We are accredited by the Home Care Association and the Better Business Bureau.

Professional Growth
At Connected Home Care, employees can train while they work and advance to higher positions and pay levels. We provide certification for Homemaking and Companion Care. We offer tuition support for Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification, which can be completed in 6-12 weeks. Caregivers with this certification have the skills necessary to meet state and federal regulations for providing authorized care to clients in their homes. We provide Habilitation Therapy training for HHAs who plan to work with clients with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia (ADRD). This therapy was developed at the Massachusetts Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. It offers practical skills and approaches for caring for people suffering from ADRD. Every employee has access to ongoing in-service skills development around best practices for caregiving at all levels. Connected Home Care is committed to career growth for every employee.

The Connected Home Care team of experienced caregivers works together, daily and weekly, to support one another as each member strives to provide compassionate care to all clients.
