We provide 6 levels of elder care, including elder companion care, home-making (meals, light housekeeping, local errands), personal care (help with bathing/showering, dressing, etc.), home health aides, supportive aides specially trained in our program for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD), and skilled nursing services.

SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities. SNAP is the largest program in the domestic hunger safety net. The Food and Nutrition Service works with State agencies, nutrition educators, and neighborhood and faith-based organizations to ensure that those eligible for nutrition assistance can make informed decisions about applying for the program and can access benefits. FNS also works with State partners and the retail community to improve program administration and ensure program integrity.

THE RIDE paratransit service provides door-to door, shared-ride transportation to eligible people who cannot use fixed-route transit (bus, subway, trolley) all or some of the time because of a physical, cognitive or mental disability. THE RIDE is operated by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible vehicles are used to serve persons with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs and scooters. Requests for preferred type vehicles will not be honored. THE RIDE operates 365 days a year generally from 5 AM - 1 AM in fifty-eight (58) cities and towns. For RIDE trips with origin and destination within 3/4 mile of fixed-route service that operates outside of these hours, or in other municipalities within 3/4 miles of MBTA bus service, extended RIDE service is available.
