Connected Home Care provides supportive in-home elder care services to assist senior citizens with care to remain in the home of their choice. We provide 6 levels of elder care, including elder companion care, home-making (meals, light housekeeping, local errands), personal care (help with bathing/showering, dressing, etc.), home health aides, supportive aides specially trained in our program for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD), and skilled nursing services.

Arbour Health System offers a continuum of mental health services to older adults, whether in the hospital, in the community or in extended care facilities. Inpatient programs offer rapid assessment and focused intervention in a short-term inpatient setting. Patients who can benefit are those with major mental illness, dementia with a primary psych diagnosis, or those with acute changes in behavior or cognition that require evaluation and/or stabilization.
