Connected Home Care provides supportive in-home elder care services to assist senior citizens with care to remain in the home of their choice. We provide 6 levels of elder care, including elder companion care, home-making (meals, light housekeeping, local errands), personal care (help with bathing/showering, dressing, etc.), home health aides, supportive aides specially trained in our program for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD), and skilled nursing services.

SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities. SNAP is the largest program in the domestic hunger safety net. The Food and Nutrition Service works with State agencies, nutrition educators, and neighborhood and faith-based organizations to ensure that those eligible for nutrition assistance can make informed decisions about applying for the program and can access benefits. FNS also works with State partners and the retail community to improve program administration and ensure program integrity.

The Bedford Veterans Affairs Medical Center, also known as the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, is a medical facility of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. If you served in the active military, naval or air service and are separated under any condition other than dishonorable, you may qualify for VA health care benefits.
