SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities. SNAP is the largest program in the domestic hunger safety net. The Food and Nutrition Service works with State agencies, nutrition educators, and neighborhood and faith-based organizations to ensure that those eligible for nutrition assistance can make informed decisions about applying for the program and can access benefits. The Elder Nutrition Program (ENP) is a community nutrition services program for older adults administered by BayPath Elder Services, Inc. and funded by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs in conjunction with participant donations, and generous community partners. The Elder Nutrition Program at BayPath is one of 27 nutrition programs throughout the state of Massachusetts. These programs collectively serve over 8.5 million meals to seniors each year. Nutrition services help to address a number of challenges faced by seniors, including poor diets, health problems, food insecurity, and loneliness. Nourishing meals, as well as nutrition screening, assessment, education, and counseling help to ensure that older adults attain and maintain optimal nutritional status.

On the 4th Monday of the month we provide transportation for shopping at a location outside of Sudbury. The van travels to locations within Sudbury and just outside of the Sudbury town line.
