UMass Memorial - Marlborough Hospital has been a community resource since 1890. They provide emergency care as well as a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and ancillary services. Steve Roach is the hospital's president and CEO. Baypath Elder Services is an Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) serving Framingham, Massachusetts and surrounding communities. ASAPs operate under a state contract to coordinate and deliver a wide range of services to senior citizens in their regions.

SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities. SNAP is the largest program in the domestic hunger safety net. The Food and Nutrition Service works with State agencies, nutrition educators, and neighborhood and faith-based organizations to ensure that those eligible for nutrition assistance can make informed decisions about applying for the program and can access benefits. FNS also works with State partners and the retail community to improve program administration and ensure program integrity.

Dial-A-Ride is a handicapped accessible, shared ride van providing curb-to-curb transportation throughout the Metrowest community. Rides may be for shopping, leisure, work and/or medical appointments. Monday - Friday, 7am - 6:30pm.

The Elder Nutrition Program (ENP) is a community nutrition services program for older adults administered by BayPath Elder Services, Inc. and funded by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs in conjunction with participant donations, and generous community partners. The Elder Nutrition Program at BayPath is one of 27 nutrition programs throughout the state of Massachusetts. These programs collectively serve over 8.5 million meals to seniors each year. Nutrition services help to address a number of challenges faced by seniors, including poor diets, health problems, food insecurity, and loneliness. Nourishing meals, as well as nutrition screening, assessment, education, and counseling help to ensure that older adults attain and maintain optimal nutritional status.

Brookdale Cushing Park, formerly Emeritus at Farm Pond, is a Senior Living community in Framingham, MA. The community, located on over 100 acres in Framingham, MA, provides independent living, assisted living and memory care for seniors. Brookdale Cushing Park offers its residents a continuum of care from independent and retirement living to assisted living if needed. On its campus, Brookdale Cushing Park has 21 cottages, the Maples, which are 100 freestanding senior apartment buildings as well as the Oaks which is a freestanding assisted living building with a memory care neighborhood.

Carmel Terrace is owned by the Carmelite Order, founded by Venerable Mary Angeline Teresa, O. Carm., who founded the congregation of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm in New York City in 1929. Newbury Court, a not-for-profit residence, has been in Concord since 1994. The community offers a variety of living options and choice in services. Newbury Court provides a continuum of services and amenities as client needs change. Should a client find the need for further assistance with household chores or personal care, rather than trying to find the help, or worse, consider relocation, the community coordinates the provision of those services in the home. If rehabilitation or nursing care should become necessary, Newbury Court is home to Rivercrest Wellness and Rehab.
