About Connected Home Care

Who We Are

Connected Home Care offers a range of in-home care and services for older adults in Eastern Massachusettes. Caregiving is in our DNA. We are a locally owned and operated home care agency that prides itself on delivering high-quality home care to help its clients continue living safely and independently in their home. Our team of compassionate, experienced caregivers understands the challenges older adults face as they age.  We ensure the right level of care is being provided to your parent or loved one and provide information on every visit through our client portal.

Our caregivers and aides receive continuous training and education to develop best practice skills to meet the evolving needs of clients.  They also leverage state-of-the-art technology for managing and reporting in-home care. Connected Home Care has developed its own app to streamline administrative tasks and help caregivers communicate with colleagues and clients and their families in real time. Our goal is to help caregivers spend less time on paperwork and more time on care of your loved one!

Connected Home Care has seven offices and serves over 65 communities in Massachusetts.
